The Challenge

10net had split their brand into two separate entities, and the split no longer served who they had become. They needed to reunify under one narrative that could speak to both commercial and experiential audiences, articulating not just what they do (large-scale digital signage) but what they actually care about: the relationships, the craft, the commitment to their clients’ visions.

The Partnership

Prior to working on the 10net brand re-clarification and new visual identity, I worked with 10net on a fractional basis for several years, initially creating video wall content and marketing materials, then expanding into brand messaging, proposal writing, and client care. When they needed to reunify their brand, I led the strategic and visual work, building on years of understanding their story from the inside.

The Approach

Competitor analysis revealed that others in the digital signage space told their stories through specifications and product features. 10net’s story is different. It’s about partnership, craft, and bringing clients’ visions to life. We built a brand that leads with those values: part tech company, part design studio, entirely oriented around relationships.
